winph1 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "winph1," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the winph1 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://winph1.net.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the winph1 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the winph1 platform through which a player accesses games and services.

winph1 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

winph1 accepts deposits via a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all deposits made on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your winph1 balance in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.
• winph1 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• winph1 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if we have reason to believe the deposit was made fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
• Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational purposes. Your balance is available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

winph1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully registered and verified winph1 account, unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Credits must be wagered the specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and bingo may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion.
• winph1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and actively being wagered will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will be voided and the associated account closed.
• winph1 does not permit the use of bonus funds for the sole purpose of meeting minimum wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent. Such behaviour may result in bonus forfeiture.

All games available on the winph1 platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply to all games:

• All winph1 games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not influenced by any external factor.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are based on long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on winph1's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• winph1 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's balance.
• Bets placed after a game round has concluded, or where a technical error has occurred, will be void and the stake returned.
• winph1 is not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or power interruption during a game session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winph1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawing them without genuine gaming activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any winph1 software or game code.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing winph1 staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing account restrictions or self-exclusion measures.

winph1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, winph1 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a player's voluntary closure request — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

winph1's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit winph1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
